Which data do we collect?

• Quote form: the data above plus company name and shipment details (addresses, date, goods, temperature, volume, frequency).
• Technical data: your IP address, stored briefly to protect the forms against spam.

Why do we use it?

Only to answer your question, prepare a quote and follow up on your request (pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long do we keep it?

As long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a contract or we are legally required to keep it longer.

Who receives it?

Our team and our hosting and e-mail provider, which processes the data on our behalf. Data is processed within the European Union where possible.
