Temperature-controlled transport in Belgium and Europe

Chilled, frozen or controlled-ambient: since 2004 DIDI Group moves temperature-sensitive goods from −25 °C to +25 °C, safely and on time, from our base in Dilbeek near Brussels.

Refrigerated and frozen transport you can rely on

Food, catering, pharmaceuticals and other sensitive products lose their value the moment the cold chain breaks. Our refrigerated delivery vans keep your goods at the right temperature from loading to delivery, for one-off trips as well as daily rounds.

  • Frozen transport (down to −25 °C)
  • Chilled transport for fresh products
  • Controlled ambient up to +25 °C
  • One-time, weekly or daily deliveries

How we protect your cold chain

Every van is pre-cooled to your required temperature before loading. During the trip the conditions are recorded continuously, so you always have proof that the temperature was respected.

  • Temperature sensors in the cargo space
  • Independent data loggers record every trip
  • Insulated cargo space
  • Compliance with cold chain transport regulations

Refrigerated vans: fast and flexible

Our compact refrigerated vans are ideal for city and regional deliveries: easy to park, fast between stops and perfect for restaurants, shops, caterers and pharmacies. For regular volumes we deploy a dedicated van and driver.
